        Ugandan High Court Justice Kibuuka Musoke rules that tabloid newspaper violated the civil rights of homosexuals when it printed pictures of nearly one hundred gay men and women with the headline ‘Hang Them!’. The three lead plaintiffs are granted 1.5 million Ugandan shillings.
